Any impact I have had in education has been shaped by incredible teams, trusted relationships, and a shared commitment to helping students grow intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.At the heart of meaningful school improvement is trust, trust built through integrity, clarity, compassion, competence, and consistency. I remain grateful for every school community, colleague, mentor, board member, parent, and student who has helped shape that conviction.
