Why host
What Hosting a TrustED® Conference Makes Possible
Many schools and organizations recognize the need for improvement, but struggle to identify the underlying issues that keep progress from lasting. A regional TrustED® Conference gives your community access to the framework, the tools, and the shared language to address those issues together.
Hosting positions your school or organization as a leader in school improvement, trusted leadership, and professional development, beyond your own campus.
Reinforce your organization's mission and values, helping your team focus on the essential role of trust in leadership, governance, parent relationships, and student outcomes.
Your own board members, administrators, faculty leaders, and staff participate, creating a shared experience and common vocabulary for future planning and culture-building.
Participants leave with trust-building strategies, reflection tools, leadership practices, and organizational improvement resources connected to the TrustED® framework.
Bring together educators, churches, nonprofits, businesses, donors, and civic leaders , opening doors for future partnerships, enrollment referrals, and donor relationships.
Many school leaders are carrying heavy responsibilities in complex times. A TrustED® Conference provides encouragement, clarity, and practical direction for leaders beyond your campus.

How the TrustED® framework applies beyond the school setting — organizational culture, team leadership, stakeholder confidence, community impact, and mission-driven leadership.
Trusted leadership in daily school operations, faculty culture, parent communication, conflict resolution, change management, and school improvement planning.
The practical role of trust in classroom culture, student relationships, parent partnerships, peer collaboration, and professional growth, how daily interactions contribute to a healthier school culture.
Fundraising opportunity
A Meaningful Source of Income for the Host
Hosting a regional TrustED® Conference can serve as a meaningful fundraising opportunity. The host organization is responsible for guaranteeing the local event costs. THE DEEPER GOAL
More Than a One-Time Event
"The goal of a regional TrustED® Conference is not simply to host a one-time event. The deeper goal is to help leaders build healthier schools and organizations through trusted leadership, and to be the starting point for ongoing growth, collaboration, and transformation in your region."
Dr. Toby A. Travis, Founder, TrustED®
When trust is strengthened, schools are better positioned to improve communication, navigate change, build stronger teams, increase parent and community confidence, and advance mission with greater clarity.
