HOW IT WORKS
Seven Phases: From Assessment to Annual Growth
School leaders reflect on their own leadership behaviors
The TrustED® School Leader 360 use the self-assessment to reflect on their perceptions of their own leadership behaviors. It is a reflection tool only and does not provide qualitative or quantitative data about an individual’s level of trust.
The assessment is distributed and completed
The TrustED® School Leader 360 survey is sent to all the direct reports of the leaders being assessed (i.e., all supervisors of others in the school),
who provide structured feedback on leadership practices across all six components.
Your data is compiled and interpreted with Dr. Travis
You receive a detailed, component-by-component report showing how school leadership is experienced, strengths, growth areas, and patterns across respondent groups. Dr. Travis walks you through the results in a personalized debrief session.
Customized professional development based on your results
Based on the results of the TSL360, customized professional development sessions are provided for the school leadership team, including board members and administrators who supervise others. These sessions introduce research-based strategies and help leaders apply them within the school’s unique culture, context, and improvement priorities.
A personalized development plan is built together
Together with Dr. Travis, you identify your priority areas and build a concrete, research-informed action plan, specific to your context, your team, and your school's seasons of growth, with specific strategies to implement immediately.
Many leaders extend the engagement through ongoing coaching, team training sessions, or consulting support. The eight TrustED® training sessions map directly to your 360 component scores, enabling targeted team development based on your specific data.
