Unlike generic leadership assessments, it is built specifically around the six components of the TrustED® framework, giving you data that is directly actionable, not just descriptive.

The TrustED® School Leader 360 survey is sent to a selected group of stakeholders, colleagues, direct reports, supervisors, and others,  who provide structured feedback on your leadership across all six components. Administered by SchoolRIGHT, LLC.

You receive a detailed, component-by-component report showing how your leadership is experienced, strengths, growth areas, and patterns across respondent groups. Dr. Travis walks you through the results in a personalized debrief session.
